A PNG or JPG image of 1920 × 640 px (the area below has exactly that ratio). The yellow frame is the head; the dashed windows behind it become the body rings. Confirm with ✓ — the result always has the head on the right, facing forward.

Large packs weigh the game down: up to 25 skins per pack.
4In-game preview
Just like in the game: rings sit ¼ of a diameter apart, the art starts at the head and runs to the tip of the tail, and each layer's color becomes the outline (Transparent = no outline). The head is always on the right, with the worm moving forward.
1Build the accessory
Each part has its own image: choose Hat, Glasses, Mouth or Eyes and upload a PNG with a transparent background. The frame is 512 × 256 px and the dotted circle is the worm's head facing right (the body is behind it, on the left — just like the game). The other parts show faintly to help you line things up.

1Build the image
Combine images, texts and shapes in layers. Drag to move, use the ■ handle to resize and the ● handle to rotate (hold Shift to snap every 15°). Images with a background can be cut out with ✂ Remove background.

Layers
In Body mode, the yellow frame is the head — always on the right — and the blue lines show where each ring is cut. In Accessory mode, choose the part (hat, glasses, mouth or eyes): the circle is the head facing right and the target shows where the part goes — the layer's 🐛 button moves the image there and “Use in Accessories” sends it straight to the right part. Guides are not included in the PNG.

🐛 Body skin
Prepare your art at 1920 × 640 px (or use the Canvas). It is read in 640 × 640 windows: the first window is the head and the following ones, every 160 px, become the rings.
Upload the image (📁 button or drag the file onto the page). Use Auto fit to fit it to 1920 × 640.
Tell which side of the art the head is on with ◀ Head / Head ▶. Reading always starts at the head and goes to the tail.
In 🎯 Head mode, drag the yellow frame in any direction (sideways, up and down) to frame the head. The body windows follow. In 🖼 Image mode, dragging and the arrows move the image.
Choose how many rings, turn on the shadow (color and strength) and set each layer's outline color (Transparent = no outline).
Tap ✓ Confirm. Open the 🪟 Floating preview to watch the worm move while you adjust — you can drag the window and change the speed.
Give it an ID, tap + Add skin and download the skin or the .json pack (up to 25 skins per pack).
🗑 Clear removes the image so you can start over. Import .json opens a ready pack to review it or merge it with others.
🎩 Accessories
Choose the part: Hat, Glasses, Mouth or Eyes. Each one has its own image — switching parts doesn't erase the others.
Upload a PNG with a transparent background. The piece lands on that part's default spot (⌂ puts it back there).
Drag it and adjust size and rotation. The dotted circle is the head facing right; the body is behind it, on the left.
Keep Show the other parts on to line them up with each other, and use the 🪟 Floating preview to see all of them working together on the worm.
Tap + Add to list and download the PNG, the piece's .json or the pack with all of them.
🎨 Canvas
Choose the canvas: 🐛 Body (1920 × 640, head always on the right) or 🎩 Accessory (512 × 256) and, for accessories, the part.
Add images, texts, neon and shapes. Drag to move, use the ■ handle to resize and the ● handle to rotate (Shift = every 15°).
On images, ✂ Remove background: the automatic mode works best on plain backgrounds; the magic eraser erases the color you tap.
The layer's 🐛 button moves the piece to the right spot (head or chosen part).
Use in Body skin / Use in Accessories sends the finished image to the right tab — for accessories, straight to the chosen part. Or Download PNG.
💡 Tips
Important details should sit in the center of each window: the ring edges are hidden by the next ring.
Text looks better vertical on the body, because each ring shows a narrow strip.
Dark outlines and shadows make the worm easier to read on any game background.
For accessories, use images of at least 256 px with no background — the final PNG is always 512 × 256.
❔ Questions
My art isn't 1920 × 640. Does it work?
Yes: Auto fit fills the area without distortion, and you can move and zoom. Anything outside the area is left out of the skin.
Why is the head always on the right?
That's how the game shows the worm moving. The side selector only tells where the head is in your art.
Are my images sent to the website?
No. Everything happens in your browser and only leaves your computer when you download the files.
How do I put it in the game?
Download the .json and use the import skin option on wormzilla.io. The skin file uses the same format as the official creator.
